Working from home sounds easy but behind the screen, there’s a lot of hustle, focus, and a bit of dancing in between. As someone who’s been in the call center industry for 18 years and currently working as a Quality Analyst, I’ve adjusted to the rhythm of remote life. Here’s what a typical workday looks like for me.

Morning Warm-Up: Coffee First

QA Life in Action As a Quality Analyst, my job is all about ensuring that customer interactions meet standards. I listen to agent calls, take notes, review customer service guidelines, and give feedback that helps improve performance. It’s detailed work but knowing I help maintain quality service makes it worth it. In between calls and reports, I also communicate with team leads, update my trackers, and sometimes handle quick calibrations. Multitasking? Always

Break Time = Dance Time
When the workload gets heavy, I take short but energizing breaks. Sometimes it’s just a few steps of Zumba or a walk to the kitchen for a merienda. Moving keeps me focused and recharged—especially on back-to-back workdays.

End of Day

Wind Down After logging out, I take time to relax maybe edit a vlog, eat dinner with family, or scroll through social media. Sometimes I vlog little moments too, because this journey is not just about work. It’s about balance, joy, and movement both literally and in life.
